Reports don’t quite tie out. Teams build their own spreadsheets “just in case.” Systems technically work—but no one fully trusts them. And decisions? They get made anyway. That’s where we come in.

Reports don’t quite tie out. Teams build their own spreadsheets “just in case.” Systems technically work—but no one fully trusts them. And decisions? They get made anyway. That’s where we come in.
Data, M.D. helps logistics, distribution, and warehouse operators bring clarity to the complexity that builds as they scale—so they can actually trust their numbers and run their business with confidence.

Data, M.D. didn’t start as a business idea.It started as a life decision.
After 13 years leading analytics at a Fortune 500 food distribution company, I thought I knew exactly how my story would go. I loved the work, the people, and the impact. My future was there.
Then I went to Africa.
That trip changed everything. Seeing the level of need

After 13 years leading analytics at a Fortune 500 food distribution company, I thought I knew exactly how my story would go. I loved the work, the people, and the impact. My future was there.
Then I went to Africa.
That trip changed everything. Seeing the level of need—and the work already being done by organizations like Naomi’s Village—reshaped how I thought about success, career, and what I wanted my life to stand for.
At the same time, I couldn’t ignore something I had seen for years inside large and growing companies:
Operations running hard…
Smart people doing their best…
But underneath it all—data that didn’t quite line up, systems without clear ownership, and reporting that slowly drifted away from reality.
Nothing was broken.
But a lot wasn’t right.
So we made a decision as a family to leave the “American Dream,” move to Kenya, and be part of something bigger.
Data, M.D. was built alongside that decision—so I could continue solving real operational problems while supporting a mission that mattered far beyond business.
We don’t build dashboards for the sake of dashboards.
We help businesses:
We don’t build dashboards for the sake of dashboards.
We help businesses:
Sometimes that’s strategy.
Sometimes it’s execution.
Most of the time, it’s both.
How We Work
We support companies in a way that fits how they operate:
No unnecessary complexity. No over-engineering. Just solutions that work in the real world.
This is the part that matters most to us. 50% of Data, M.D.’s profits support Naomi’s Village, a children’s home and school in Kenya.
Globally, hundreds of millions of children live in extreme poverty—and in Kenya, many still lack access to consistent education.
Naomi’s Village is changing that.
The long-term vision is not just support—but

Naomi’s Village is changing that.
The long-term vision is not just support—but opportunity: Creating pathways for students to gain real-world skills, step into meaningful work, and build sustainable futures for themselves and their communities. So when we help a business operate more effectively, it creates impact far beyond that organization.
Our Team
We’re a team of operators, analysts, and builders who understand how messy real-world operations can get.
We’ve seen what happens when systems don’t align, reporting breaks down, and decisions have to be made anyway.
Our role is simple:
Bring clarity where there’s confusion.
Structure where there’s complexity.
And confidence where there’s uncertainty.
